Wily warns that he will detonate the bombs remotely if he's not made Supreme Ruler of The World and if anyone tries to seek out the bombs,they'll be met with his Robot Masters,who he has assigned to guard each bomb. To prove his threat,Wily activates the bomb hidden within the Hawaiian Islands. And with a switch,destroys the half the state. Wily warns the leaders of the World that they have 72 Hours to give him what he wants..or it's bye-bye Earth.
After Wily's transmission,Dr.Light locates the 16 Robot Masters who guard the bombs. They are Wily Team 5 (stoneman,gravityman,gyroman,chargeman,napalmman,starman,waveman,andcrystalman) and Wily Team 9 (coldman,groundman,opticman,pirateman,burnerman,garudaman,magicman,anddynamoman).
Mega Man goes after Team 9,while Roll goes after Team 5. After each defeating 4 Robot Masters,the Siblings talk more about Dr.Wily's plan as well as Protoman. Dr. Light informs his Android children that once the Robot Masters are defeated,his Bomb Squad will go to those areas and disable the bombs.
Feeling that his plans are gonna be ruined,Dr.Wily sends Darkman and Bass to destroy Roll and Mega Man respectively. The Wily bot's fail. Mega Man is really enjoying the fight,Roll repremands him for prioritizing a great fight over the safety of the world. Mega apologises and mentions that he kinda forgot about tbe mission for a bit. He apologises and promises to focus on the mission at hand. Roll is still annoyed.
The Light's battle and defeat the rest of the Robot Masters and find Dr.Wily himself,located on the Earth's Moon.
The Heroes travel to The Luna Skull and take different paths to Wily. They also fight different Guardians. Roll battles and kills Darkman in the 2nd Ring. When the siblings meet in the 3rd sector of the Base,Mega Man feels that the mission is getting too dangerous for Roll,so he asks her to go back home.
Roll refuses and tells him to forget it and that She will be the one who defeats Wily and finally bring him to justice. She then openly admits that for the longest time She's always Hated his "Stupid Battlelust" and that if it wasn't for it,Wily Would be in jail now.
Roll calls her Bro a Selfish Idiot and that Justice will prevail over Battlelust tonight. She challenges Mega to a fight. Mega has no choice but to accept. Roll desplays some hidden powers during the fight and Almost defeats Mega Man.
Meanwhile,the Bad Guys are watching the fight from the Master Control Center,Bass is both shocked and impressed at Roll's strength,Wily hopes the Lights destroy each other,and Protoman is just enjoying the fight.
Despite Roll's superior power,The fight ends in a Draw. Mega Man the most beaten,lying on tbe grount to Roll's sitting up. Rush arrives and delivers a couple of E-Cans. Roll doesn't feel like she needs one,so she gives her to Mega Man.
Wily,Bass,and Protoman arrive at tbe scene and Wily tells Protoman to finish them. Proto refuses and tells Wily that I'd be best to destroy them in a battle. Rush comes to the Rescue and gets blasted by Wily.
Wily and Bass leave Protoman to finish his siblings. Enraged at what Wily has done to Rush,Mega Man rushes off to find Wily. Protoman and Roll battle,but for Protoman,it isn't about killing his sister,just knock her out and send her back to Earth for her own safety. He succeeds.
After giving Rush some minor repairs and some energy,he tells the Dog to take Roll back home for repairs. He then tells Rush to tell Roll that he'll be looking out for Mega Man.Rush transforms into a Space pod and takes Roll back to Earth. Mega Man continues on and battles all 16 Robot Masters,who have been repaired. In the next Ring he battles Bass and Treble. After being defeated,Bass fuses with Treble to become,Trebass.
After defeating Trebass,Mega Man goes into the final Ring to face Dr.Wily. After beating him the1st time,Dr.Wily battles Mega Man in a powerful battle body that he made using the stuff he acquired from his friend from the future. Mega Man eventually destroys Dr.Wily's machine.Wily is devastated and wonders how he could have lost.
Before Mega Man could capture him,Wily is saved by Bass and Treble. As the Villains escape,Mega Man starts destroying the fortress. Protoman arrives and tells him about Roll and Rush and how they are safe on Earth. Mega Man thanks Protoman and then leaves.
On his way home,Mega wonders if this is the End for Wily. He then admits that he had a blast fighting Wily in his awesome battle suit.He then thinks about Protoman and how and why he did what he did. He then wonders if Proto could be a Good Guy after all.
Later,Roll blasts Mega Man for letting Wily escape again. Mega apologises a d tells Roll that she can battle Wily next time. Speacking of,with his financial interests tied up else where And his ideas for world conquest fresh out,Dr.Wily goes into semi-retirement.
Rhythm,Dr.Light's 2nd Android Prototype,resurfaces and is ready for Revengevagainst her Creator for abandening her.
And So,The Wily Era Ends!

The Android Ascension Era: The 6th Uprising (20XX AD): Rhythm hijacks Dr.Wily's Skull Labs,imprisons Dr.Wily,Bass,and Treble,and Reprograms his current line-up of Robots (except protoman).Her mission is to destroy Everything that Dr.Light has,so that he can feel the pain of losing something that was once important.
Rhythm sends some Robots go assault the Light Space Center,lead by Wily's newest Robot,Lo-Min. Mega Man rushes into action and quells the assault on the Space Center. He's confronted by Lo-Min,who outclasess him with her incredible speed. Lo-Min warns Mega Man to not to interfere with Rhythm's plan and leaves.
Rhythm's Reprogramed Robot Masters attack Dr. Light-owned Areas throught the World. They are Wily's 10th team (sheepman,pumpman,solarman,chillman,nitroman,commandoman,blademan,and strikeman). Rhythm makes a global announcement warning the World that the 6th Uprising is here and is being lead by her. Her mission is to destroy everything Dr.Light loves and owns...out of hard revenge.
She is also eager to meet Mega Man and Roll. Dr.Light is shocked and absently mentions that after all of these years,she has returned. After snapping out of it,Dr.Light tells Roll and Mega Man too stop the Uprising.
Mega Man and Roll decide to stop the current Uprising together this time. During their mission,they get ambushed by Cutman and Gutsman. After defeating 4 of the Robot Mastrers,Dr.Light comes clean about Rhythm,revealing that Rhythm was created by him and is Blues'(protoman's) twin sister. She was lost in a Teleporting accident and was never seen again...up until now. The Light Siblings are shocked to hear that they have another Sister. Roll's shock becomes happieness,as she's longed for a Sister.
After defeating the remaining 4 Robot Masters,the Light siblings find the the Lab was attacked and Light was kidnapped by Lo-Min. Rhythm announces that she has Dr.Light held at Skull Labs and dares them to get him back.
The Light Siblings raid Wily Labs and Face off against Cut Man and Gutsman. Meanwhile,A captive Dr.Light tries to set Rhythm straight,but to no avail. Wily escapes upon defeat. The Light Siblings rejoin the rest of their family,outside Skull Labs. Rhythm realises that what Dr.Light said is true and she appologises for everything. After a few final words,Rhythm dies. Protoman leaves saying he needs time to find himself.
1 Week later,The Lights have a small funeral for Rhythm. Protoman watches from afar. Roll partially blames Mega Man for Rythem's death,due to him Always letting Wily escape. Roll promises to destroy All evil forces,without hesitation.
3 Months later,Dr.Wily establishes a small palace and begins spending the rest of his money in another investment. 80% of his income goes to The Android Supremacy League,who he sees as a great investment. And he figures that if they are successful,he can take control of them,once they take over the world.
With the new money,Lady Vocal rejuvenates her organization and starts building an army. She even starts recruiting Robot Masters. The entire proses takes a year and a half.
Protoman travels the globe,trying to find a life after Wily,who he regrets backing.
Dr.Wily decides that from now on,his World Domination plans will be to kill All Humanity and replace them with Robots under His command. Bass dosn't like the idea.

The Android Ascension Era: The Dr.Wright Incident (20XX AD): Mega Man has fully excepted Roll as his equal in terms of power and abilities and the 2 become sparring buddies. Dr.Light is at Rhythm's grave talking to her. He remenises about the time they spent together and the final stages of the 6th Uprising.
As all this is going on,Another evil scientist,a psychotic biologist,named Dr. Timothy Xander Wright is conducting bio experiments (mainly on animals). His goal is to see the world trashed by his Mutants. His secondary goal is to be recognised by the scientific community,the very community that spat on him. He also has a wild hatred for Dr.Light. He also hates Robots and think that Mutants are the way of the future.
Wright has a mutant sidekick called Yomax,a mutated human. He sends some mini-mutants to the White House so that he can lure out Mega Man and Roll. He sends Yomax with them.
The Light Siblings are shocked to find that their enemies are not robotic,but destroys them anyway. After destroying the mutants,Mega Man and Roll are confronted by Yomax,who is resistant to plasma. Yomax leaves to report to his master.
Hours later,Dr.Wright broadcasts his doomsay message world wide,he tells the world who he is and what his goals are. He has sent 8 super mutants across the world to cause chaos. Dr.Light confesses that Wright is his cousin and only living human reletive. He was so interested in Biology,but one day he just snapped and went crazy,ranting and raving about how mutants were the way of the future.
Meanwhile,the next Global Lottery is held and a man named Will Williams wins. Williams is in reality Dr.Wily in disguse.
Mega Man and Roll each take on 4 mutants. The evil super mutants are: Shark-prayer the Shark Mutant (the waters of the pacific),Shellden the Shellfish Mutant (beaches of the carrabian),Wolf-fanger the Wolf Mutant (canadian ski resort),Heanix The Firey Peacock Mutant (volcanic zone in hawaii),Turtaloid The Turtle Mutant (Tokyo),Infiniflea The Water Flea Mutant (a tech lab in china),Scaravic The Dung Beetle Mutant (desert city in egypt),and Yammar The Dragonfly Mutant (jungle base in brazil).
After killing the mutants,Dr.Wright invites them to his lab. Dr.Light asks his children to spare Wright if they can. Light Siblings head to Wright's Lab and deal with A Mutant Version of the Yellow Devil,Yomax,Mutant versions of Themselves,and a rematch with the 8 Super Mutants. After destroying those,they finally face Dr.Wright himself.
Dr.Wright mutates himself and battles his "second cousins". The psycho scientist gets stronger over time,as part of his mutation.Once Wright powers up enough he starts to suffer an overload and exploads. Dr.Wright is dead. Both siblings show remorse and head home to tell Dr.Light.
As the weeks go on,Mega Man decides to retire from fighting,due to lack of challenging enemies.

The Android Ascension Era: The 7th Uprising (late 20XXAD): The Android Supremacy League starts their assault on mankind. While on his trip,Protoman is forced into battle with the ASL. Roll decides to put a stop to the local attacks. During that mission,She runs into Protoman,who's battling a Giant Spider bot. The 2 combine forces to destroy the bot. Protoman and Roll have the same enemy this time and offers to help. Roll says that it's up to Dr.Light. After handcuffing Protoman,Roll takes him back to Dr.Light.
The problem gets worse,now anti-human riots have begun all througout the U.S. thanks to followers of the ASL. Dr.Light decides to let Protoman help,since Mega Man doesn't think the ASL is challenging and won't fight them. ASL Leader,Lady Vocal cuts into the news broadcasts with a message of her own. When she mentions that both She and her 8 Robot Masters/Generals are way stronger than Dr.Wily's peices of scrap,Mega Man decides to fight too,just to see how powerful Lady Vocal and her Generals really are.
The Generals are:Warriorman,Riderman,Sniperman,Vanishman,Tonman,Wingman,Splashman,and Hyenaman.
After defeating 2 Generals,Protoman talks to His Siblings about why left Dr. Wily. Proto admits that he only followed Dr.Wily,because he thought that Wily was the right guy to rule the world and would've done anything to help him.But now,Proto regrets joining Wily,who he deems as a total psycho now. However,Proto admits that his time with Wily was kinda fun.
After Destroying 2 more Generals,Mega Man is so happy that the Robot Masters are as strong as he had hoped and saliovates at the chance to face Lady Vocal. Roll chastises her brother for being somewhat reckless.
After Destroying 2 more Robot Masters,Proto Man talks about his world travels to find himself. Meanwhile,Lady Vocal is not pleased at the fact that her "state of the art" Generals are being destroyed by Light's "old junkbots". She then gets a call from the ASL's Mysterious Benefactor. The Benefactor is angry that his Investment is falling apart.Vocal scrambles to set up her Palaces defences,just incase the Light's wanna face her.
After the final 2 Robot Masters are destroyed,Dr.Light and Auto inform the trio that they found ASL's HQ,a palace hidden deep within an abandoned city in California. The 3 Light siblings head there. After destroying 3 Palace Guardians,the Siblings meet Lady Vocal face to face. Mega Man wants to fight her 1-0n-1,but Roll refuses to let him,saying that this is a job for Hard Justice,not Battlelust. After an arguement,The Siblings decide to take turns,with Mega going first.
After being beaten to near death,Vocal can't believe she lost to old robots. When asked,She reveals that the ASL's benefactor is Dr.Wily. Vocal is then finished off by Protoman.
Protoman contacts Dr.Light and asks him to find Wily. Light finds where Wily is and the Siblings decide to stop Wily,before he funds another evil group. But first the Siblings blow up ASL Palace. The siblings battle their way into Wily's Skull Pallace and defeat the resurrected and reprogrammed 8 ASL Generals. After that,they battle Bass and Treble.
Roll tries to convince Duo of the disgustingness of Dr. Wily's actions. Bass says he's no fan of Wily's funding of the ASL,but he owes Him a small debt,because he created him and by extention,gave Androidkind it's King. He also mention's a promise Wily made to him about helping Bass build and Android Nation if the mad roboticist becomes the World's ruler.
Roll calls Bass delusional. Bass then challenges Roll to a 1-on-1 battle to see who's the strongest Android.
Roll accepts. After the battle,the Light Siblings battle and defeat Dr.Wily,who escapes yet again,much to Roll's annoyance.
The Global Governments terminate the remains of the ASL and the world is safe again. Mega Man decides to come out of retirement,since the next generation of robots will be stronger and thus,more fun to fight. Roll decides to train harder to be the Ultimate Android Hero. And Protoman decides to stick around and enjoy his family.
Dr.Wily retreats to his Underground Skull Palace to rest up...Bass and Treble too. Wily immediately begins work on his Ultimate Android. And with the help of the plans Bass stole from Dr.Light,he can do just that.

There they meet and battle the evil Dr.Dark (or dr.wrong) and his evil Creations,Lorr and Giga (aka giga man). Soon after,the Lights are teleported home by Dr.Light after he makes adjustments to his teleportation system and homes in on their GPS-esque signals. Dr.Light decides to scrap advanced teleportation...at least for now.
Dr. Light begins contruction on a Secret project: Project X. It's so secret that not even his family knows about it. Project X is infact the Ultimate Evolution of the Advanced Android.
Dr.Wily continues working on his deadly project: His Ultimate Android. He also creates a new energy source and a Virus.
A group of humans secretly kickstart an Anti-Android Hate Group.

These Robot Masters (antman,terraman,polarman,burningman,pandaman,gigaboltman,sunflowerwoman,and scytheman)are doing this on their own accord and have no Master.
The media brands the Robot Masters New Generation Numbers,due to how independent they are. The Robot Masters want to be noticed by Dr.Wily so that they can have a place in his future empire.
When the emergency alarm warns of a break in at one of Dr.Light's labs,Roll and her 2 siblings head into action. At the labs,the Light siblings meet and destroy the mastermind behind the break in,who wanted to steal Dr.Light's inventions for Dr.Wily. Back at home, Dr.Light wonders who could've created these Robot Masters and complements their abilities.
Mega Man and his Siblings decide to go after the Robot Masters now. Mega wants to see how strong the bots are,Roll wants to see justice served,and Protoman just likes blowing up bots.
After defeating 2 Robot Masters,Mega Man is excited that the Robot Masters are really strong and skilled,and thus very fun to fight. Roll chastises her brother for his wrecklessness,though Protoman comes to his brother's defense.
After defeating 2 more Robot Masters,Auto wonders what could cause these Robot Masters to go Maverick,if they weren't reprogrammed? and wonders if they could really be as capable as Advanced Androids? Dr.Light also wonders this,as well as who the Robot Masters' creators are? Dr.Light explains the Robot Masters were not meant to have free will and that honor is only supposed to belong to Advanced Androids. Roll tells Dr.Light that it is possible that those Advanced Androids could've just been converted into Robot Masters..kinda like what he did with Mega Man. Light agrees with her.
After defeating 2 more Robot Masters,Roll begins to wonder about who else could be capable of creating an Advanced Android? Dr.Light tells her that there aren't too many,and that Dr.Wily and Himself are the only known Roboticists capable of such a thing...though he's not ruling out any of the newer roboticists and,of course there's Dr.Cossack.
After defeating all 8 Robot Masters,Dr.Light wants to study the Robot Masters to see if they really are Advanced Androids. Unfortunatly, their GPS-esque signals have disappeared. Dr.Light explains the Robot Masters were not meant to have free will and that honor is only supposed to belong to Advanced Androids. Roll tells Dr.Light that it is possible that those Advanced Androids could've just been converted into Robot Masters..kinda like what he did with Mega Man. Light agrees with her.
After defeating 2 more Robot Masters,Roll begins to wonder about who else could be capable of creating an Advanced Android? The Light siblings leave to stop Dr.Wily before he can repair those dangerous Robot Masters.
Meanwhile,inside his base,Dr.Wily awaits the Light Siblings and is willing to end things once and for all. Bass still doesn't like Wily's genocidal plan and decides that his debt to Wily is paid and realises that Wily isn't gonna keep his promise of an Android Nation,but Dr.Wily reminds Bass that this is is Only chance to Fight and Destroy Roll.
Hearing these words. Bass decides to stay. He leaves for the training area. After Bass leaves,Dr.Wily is visited by a Mysterious Android,who tells him about Bass' untrustworthiness and asks if he should to terminate him now.

Later in the Battle,Mega Man reveals that the reason he's fighting Wily is because he still has hope that the Evil Roboticist will create a fun new battle challenge for him. Another reason why he's on this mission is because he wants to see how far Roll has progressed as a fighter and to provide Roll and Protoman any back-up they may need.
His fight has Nothing to do with helping humanity,in fact,being a Hero and makes him sick. He then adds that Humanity really dlesn't need a savior,they can handle Any threat themselves. He believes that Humans are just a capable as Androids are.
Wily scoffs at that idea and continues the fight. Roll ends up obliterating Wily's latest Mech suit.

Mega Man is intent on stoping them for the sake of new challengers and Roll wants to avenge the lives lost. Protoman just wants to have fun,and he conciders wrecking robots fun. At the remains of ASL Palace,a group of Androids,including the terrorists from earlier,are listening to a female speaker,an advanced android named Miss Acapella..Sister of Lady Vocal.
Acapella comends the attack on the Hospital for Children earlier and says that it's a perfect example of why humans are unfit to reign. After her speech,she introduces her 6 generals,the ones that will lead her armies as they unleash hell upon the humans. They are: General Alpha,General Beta,General Gamma,General Delta,General Zeta,and General Omega.
Acapella sends her armies out into the world to slaughter the human race. Alpha's army is in NYC,Beta's army is in London. Gamma's army is in Tokyo. Delta's army is in Sidney. Zeta's army is in Madrid. And Omega's army is in Paris.
Acapella broadcasts her plans worldwide. Dr.Light conciders re-arming his Robot Masters to help with the fight. He then gets a call from Dr.Cossack offering his help. He tells Dr.Light that he has constructed advanced remakes of his old Robot Master,the ones Wily stole the plans for (he decided to take a page out of Dr.Regal's book). Dr.Light informs Cossack that Mega,Proto,and Roll left as soon as they saw the report of the Neo-ASL attacks.

Meanwhile,Protoman is taking on Beta's army in London. He is soon aided by Bright Man C. Roll is in Tokyo taking on Gamma's army. She soon is aided by Pharaoh Man C.
Upon hearing that Alpha,Beta,and Gamma and their armies have fallen,Acapella summons her enforcers to help against the Lights. They are: Chiptune,Midi,and Wav. Mega Nan heads to Sidney next to battle Delta and his armies. He has a hard time thanks to Chiptune. Thankfully,Mega is soon aided by Dive Man C and the 2 destroy the Army,the General,and the Enforcer.
Protoman is battling and having a tough tine against Zeta's army and Zeta And Midi. Drill Man C soon appears to even the odds. The General is destroyed,followed by the army and the Enforcer. Roll is defeating everyone a bit easier. She defeats Omega,but has a tougher time with Wav. Dust Man C arrives and helps Roll finish off Omega's army. The enforcer is destroyed too.
Dr.Light gets a call from the California Governor informing him that The ASL's old base has been reactivated and have detected activity there. Dr.Light concludes that this is where Acapelca is located. He imediately contacts his Sons and Daughter and tells them about this.
Meanwhile,Acapella is really angry that her army has be destroyed,but is happy to see the many human deaths they caused before they were taken out. She figures the traitors will head here next,so she activates her Fortress Guardians in each of the 3 rings.
The Light siblings once again raid ASL base and battle each of the fortress guardians,before making it to Acapella herself. The team battle and defeat Acapella. Suddenly a shot is fired from behind her and the blast destroys her outright. The gunman appears from out of the shadows..and he's human.
The man reveals himself to be the leader of an upcoming group called the American Council for Human Dominance,an Anti-Android group founded a year after the 8th Uprising. He is Wilson and he followed the siblings here. He thanks the Lights for getting rid if the Neo-AFL for him and his small group. But he decides that the next Androids to be destroyed will be them. And After he's finished,he'll go after Dr.Light.
Mega Man refuses to let that happen and doesn't care if Wilson Is human,he will fight him hand to hand and damage him if it prevents his horrible organization from getting off the ground.
Mega Man fights Wilson 1-on-1 and is impressed with his strength and skills. After being beaten,Mega allows him to live,but warns if his group tries anything,they'll regret it. Wilson promises that this isn't over and leaves.
The Light siblings leave,but first Roll has something she must do. A few minutes later,the Light's are sitting on a hill watching ASL Palace blow up. The thing Roll needed to do was find the reactor and destroy it. Destroying the reactor caused the base to blow up.

Little does everyone know is that this is just a ploy by Lady Lorr to absorb the data of defeated contestants and become the most powerful being in the Universe.
At the Tournament,Mega Man runs into Bass,6 new Wily Robot Masters,and a mega fighter. Bass has upgraded himself and is way stronger than before. He has a new transfirmation as well. The 6 Wily Robot Masters were built by Dr.Wily,using the New Generation Numbers as a base. They are The New Wily Numbers: Dragoonman,Polutionman,Elementman,Kabukiman,Scorpionman,and Sentaiwoman).
The mega fighter is a dog-android named Arcanine. Arcanine seeks powerful opponents and considers Mega Man to be worthy enough to be his rival.
The What-If story is that the winner of the tournament is forced into a battle with Giga Man. After defeating Giga Man, the winner learns of Lady Lorr's plan and fights her in the final fight. After being defeated the 1st time,Lady Lorr absorbs the data of the fallen competitors and transforms. After destroying Lady Lorr,the winner concludes their purpose for entering the Tournament.
On the Canon side of things,Mega Man wins the tournament and destroys Giga Man. After learning about her evil scheme,Mega Man defeats Lady Lorr. Lorr absorbs the data of the fallen competitors and transforns. Mega Man destroys her. Her final words to Mega Man is that her new brother,Dr.Wrong/Dr.Dark's Ultimate creation, exists and will eventually make this Universe his domain,once he's finished conquering her own. After finishing her monologue,Lorr dies. Mega Man promises that he'll be ready for whatever comes his way next...whether it be Zero or this new foe.
Meanwhile,Dr.Regal (now a cyborg),who had barely survived his encounter with Roll and Mega during the Roboforce incident,has fully rebuilt himself and is working on his final creations.

At the Tournament,They meet some old friends from Battlemania like Shantee and Pepper,Old Rivals like Bass and Arcanine,and new Robot Masters like Sagitarius Man and Vertigo Woman.
The Tournament's organizer is a woman,a millionairess,named Miss Y,who loves seeing Robots and Androids destroy eachother. Ever since she was a child she's been obsessed with Robot Fighting.
Rush and Treble battle it out in the finals of the Mechanoid Devision. Rush ends up winning. Mega Man and the others take part in the Main division. Mega Man makes it to the finals,so does Roll(who had just beaten arcanine and bass respectivly).
Miss Y likes what she sees and can hardly wait to unleash her grand finale. Mega Man wins and Miss Y makes an announcement before she unleashes her grand finale. In the announcement She reveals her true motives for the Tournament. See,She hates all Androids and Robot Masters and wants them all destroyed..starting with the most powerful. To do this,she invited the most powerful and intends on destroying the winner.
Suddenly,a group of armed soldiers drop down from the rafters,ready to fire. Miss Y tells everyone that She is the beneficiary of the American Council for Human Dominance. She summons her Secret Weapon,a rebuilt Giga Man....under Miss Y's control via a control chip embeded on his head. She figured the best way to kill the most powerful bot was with another powerful bot...under her command.
However,upon seeing Mega Man,Giga Man slowly starts to regaining his personality and destroys the control chip. He than kills Miss Y for her trouble. The ACFHD soldiers attack Giga Man,but are promptly killed by the crimson armored maniac.
Giga Man and Mega Man battle and Mega gets in trouble. He soon gets help from his Siblings,Rivals,and Friends (including sagitarius man). Mega Man gathers ki energy (an ability he never tried before,but has seen roll do it many times) and kills Giga Man with a powerful Dragon Punch-esque attack.
Inside a dank warehouse in Los Angeles,CA....Wilson and the remains of the ACFHD (they were never huge to begin with) are watching the Tournament on TV.
Wilson conciders this plan a falure and decides to go with the next plan.
Hours later Mega Man is satisfied with the level of challenge and hopes to be invited to another tournament. Roll is just sickened that there are More Anti-Android extremists out there.

The Zero Era: Resurrection W (210X AD): Dr.Light upgrades Mega Man,Roll,and Proto Man. Mega Man and Roll iare equipped with a special chip that will increase their power every time they're damaged,the bigger the damage,the more powerful they'll become.
This is the 'Zenkai' Chip and it's the 1st of it's kind,created by Dr.Light. Dr.Light created 3 chips. The 1st 2 were Prototypes,which was used in Rock and Roll. The 3rd chip made was the complete version,and it was implemented within Xavier (X).
Within his hidden underground lab,Dr. Regal completes his final creation,an android named RZ. Soon after,Regal dies due to an unseen defect in his core.
Regal's remaining security bots arrive and after giving their dead master a burial,they shut down for the day.
2 weeks later,A mysterious virus appears out of nowhere and pollutes the air. This virus ressurects old dead Robot Masters and even the Stardroids. The only thing these zombies can say is "Hail Wily". Now,the world is overrun with Robotic Zombies. Mega Man decides to ignore the threat,due to him seeing the Zombies as "No Challenge". Proto Man and Roll decide to destroy the Zombies and head toward the nearest area to fight them. Dr.Light and Auto try to find the source of the virus. Mega Man decides to train.
Proto Man and Roll battle Robo-Zombies,who unfortunately keep on comming. They run into Bass,who's having fun destroying the Robots.The Trio are confronted with a Zombified Robot Dragon. After destroying the Dragon,more Zombie-Bots arrive. Seeing how useless it is to continue fighting,Proto Man,Roll,and Bass retreat to Dr.Light's lab.
The Light's decide to ignore the fact that Bass is at their home and focus on the current crisis. Bass wants to continue fighting,so Dr.Light decides to make him a temporary part of the team..especially since Mega Man has decided to sit this one out. When asked about the Virus and why the Robot Zombies were saying "Hail Wily"? Bass has no clue and says that he's been on his own since the "New Generation Robot Master" incident.

Giga Man and Mega Man battle and Mega gets in trouble. He soon gets help from his Siblings,Rivals,and Friends (including sagitarius man). Mega Man gathers ki energy (an ability he never tried before,but has seen roll do it many times) and kills Giga Man with a powerful Dragon Punch-esque attack.
Inside a dank warehouse in Los Angeles,CA....Wilson and the remains of the ACFHD (they were never huge to begin with) are watching the Tournament on TV.
Wilson conciders this plan a falure and decides to go with the next plan.
Hours later Mega Man is satisfied with the level of challenge and hopes to be invited to another tournament. Roll is just sickened that there are More Anti-Android extremists out there.

The Zero Era: Resurrection W (210X AD): Dr.Light upgrades Mega Man,Roll,and Proto Man. Mega Man and Roll iare equipped with a special chip that will increase their power every time they're damaged,the bigger the damage,the more powerful they'll become.
This is the 'Zenkai' Chip and it's the 1st of it's kind,created by Dr.Light. Dr.Light created 3 chips. The 1st 2 were Prototypes,which was used in Rock and Roll. The 3rd chip made was the complete version,and it was implemented within Xavier (X).
Within his hidden underground lab,Dr. Regal completes his final creation,an android named RZ. Soon after,Regal dies due to an unseen defect in his core.
Regal's remaining security bots arrive and after giving their dead master a burial,they shut down for the day.
2 weeks later,A mysterious virus appears out of nowhere and pollutes the air. This virus ressurects old dead Robot Masters and even the Stardroids. The only thing these zombies can say is "Hail Wily". Now,the world is overrun with Robotic Zombies. Mega Man decides to ignore the threat,due to him seeing the Zombies as "No Challenge". Proto Man and Roll decide to destroy the Zombies and head toward the nearest area to fight them. Dr.Light and Auto try to find the source of the virus. Mega Man decides to train.
Proto Man and Roll battle Robo-Zombies,who unfortunately keep on comming. They run into Bass,who's having fun destroying the Robots.The Trio are confronted with a Zombified Robot Dragon. After destroying the Dragon,more Zombie-Bots arrive. Seeing how useless it is to continue fighting,Proto Man,Roll,and Bass retreat to Dr.Light's lab.
The Light's decide to ignore the fact that Bass is at their home and focus on the current crisis. Bass wants to continue fighting,so Dr.Light decides to make him a temporary part of the team..especially since Mega Man has decided to sit this one out. When asked about the Virus and why the Robot Zombies were saying "Hail Wily"? Bass has no clue and says that he's been on his own since the "New Generation Robot Master" incident.
He asks about Mega Man. Roll tells Bass that her Brother decided not to fight,due to his belief that the Zombies were "unchallenging". Bass calls Mega a coward for his decision. Bass decides to help the Light's until the crisis is over.
Dr.Light fails to pinpoint the source of the virus,and fails. He tries and tries again,until he succeeds. Meanwhile,Proto Man,Roll,and Bass decide to continue to battle the Zombies,while Light and Auto find the source.
Suddenly, the Light's get an emergency distress signal telling them that 12 vital areas of the globe are under assault by the-Robo Zombies. Proto,Bass,and Roll head to those areas and destroy the Zombified bots,averting disaster.
After clearing 6 areas,Roll wonders why Rhythm wasn't among the Zombies? Dr.Light tells Roll that he made sure to vaccinate her from all digital viruses. He mentions that he did the same for all of his creations..including the Advanced Androids.
After clearing all 12 areas,Dr.Light has found the source of the Virus. It's emanating from a Mountain Fortress. He thinks it could be Dr.Wily,but shakes them off,since Wily is dead. The Light's and Bass decide to go there to put an end to the virus. Mega Man appears and tells the team that he wants to come along too,since there might be strong guys within that new fortress..and who knows,he may run into Zero again
The Light's and Bass raid the Mountain Fortress,which has a huge Skull etched on it.The team fight and defeat 3 undead fortress guardians. Once the guardians are destroyed,the team reaches the machine emanating the virus and destroy it. Suddenly they are confronted by Zero,who followed them here. Zero wants revenge from the last battle. Mega Man agrees to fight him 1-on-1. Mega tells the others to go find out who's behind all this. Despite,Bass' objections,the others do as they're told.
Once the others are gone,Mega Man and Zero battle once again. After the 1st battle,Zero can't believe how more powerful Mega Man is. He then arrogantly asks Mega Man if he's worried about his team? Mega Man tells Zero that they can handle themselves just fine. After the banter,Zero powers up to his Black form and the battle continues.
Mega Man and Zero fight each other to a stand still,with Zero having a bit more energy than Mega.Zero is pissed off. Mega decides to cut and run to do more training,but reassures Zero that this is far from over. Mega Man hops on the Rush Jet and leaves. Zero angrily warns that he won't lose again. Zero leaves to recharge and train.
Meanwhile,The Light's and Bass make their way deeper into the fortress. After riding a long elevator down,they find themselves inside a previously unaccesable part of Dr.Wily's Underground Fortress (the same one from the 8th uprising),as revealed by Bass. They are then met with the mysterious Mastermind himself who ,to everyone's shock,turns out to be Dr.Wily himself.
Dr.Wily explains that just before he died, he was exposed to the virus before he placed it within Zero and was resurrected thanks to it. Dr.Wily than explains his plan to rule the world using Zombie Robots. He explains that his virus,called the 'W-Virus',not only resurrected old dead robots,but it also mad them loyal to him.
Wily disowns Bass for turning against him and promises to make him suffer for it.
The Trio battle defeat Dr.Wily after a tough battle. Bass and Proto Man decide to finish Wily off once and for all. Wily is,surprisingly,saved by Zero (who is weaker due to his battle with megaman). After the 2 bad guy's escape, The heroes blow up the fortress. Bass and the Light's part ways. Proto Man and Roll head back to Dr.Light's lab to tell him and Mega that Dr.Wily is back from the dead.
With the virus machine destroyed,the virus eventually fades away and the Robo-Zombie's deactivate. The Robo-Zombie uprising is over.
Dr.Light continues to work on X,and is nearing his completion.
Protoman starts having problems in his core and if nothing is done about it,he will die. Protoman doesn't care,as he refuses to be operated on...plus,he doesn't fear
death.
Bass continues to travel the world looking for strong opponents to fight. Bass,of course,is with Treble,his loyal Wolf-bot.
Months Later,Dr.Light and Dr.Cossack work together on a new type of energy that can fuse 2 machines together and turn it into a single,more powerful one. They're doing this because they wanna push boundries of science and do the abnormal.
After crystalizing the energy,the 2 scientists use it to fuse thier laptops together. It works and now the laptop is a super computer. Overjoyed,the 2 scientists call their new discovery,Fusium LC,the LC part coming from their names.
The fusion,however,only lasted 2 hours and at the same time drained tbe crystal. Light and Cossack decide to keep their creation secret,fearing that Wily or other evil scientists might want it.
Meanwhile,feeling that he isn't completely living up to his "King of Androids" moniker,Bass does some soul searching and desides to dedicate his life to fighting for android freedom and android justice.
He also believes that Zero and Dr.Wily are hinderers of such liberties...and he's right. Bass' Android Pride is also increased.

The Zero Era: The Andro-Hell Incident (210X AD): Late night,a mysterious lady breaks into Dr.Light's storage warehouse and sabotages his latest invention,the Plasma Generator Zed,a portable energy generator to be used during power outages.
When her job is finished,she exits the warehouse she contacts her boss telling him mission acomplished. Her boss is Wilson of the American Council For Human Dominance. The next day,Light is preparing to gives a presentation of his new invention at his lab(he had it brought there earlier). Mega Man decides to turn it on to see the power of the generator,but it begins to exploads once activated. The explosion is so powerful,it takes Mega Man with it. Miraculously Mega is in still one piece,but in a coma. Thelab is mostly destroyed. Once the explosion is over,an undercover ACFHD agent reports to Wilson that Light is dead,unaware that it was actually Mega Man that was caught in the blast. The Agent leaves the scene as the police and fire martials arrive.
The Authorities arrive to check things out,Dr.Light assures them everything is fine. Just as all of this is going on,Wilson,in his New York City Warehouse, is preparing for his big worldwide broadcast. He gives his agents the next missions: Tommorow,they go to Russia to kill Dr.Cossack. Then next week,they go on a Robot Master hunt. And finally,after the Robot Masters are destroyed,they'll go after the Androids.
Wilson mentions that since Miss Y was killed,the groups funding has been weak,so they need to make do with what they have. They are not a militia,they are a small group with chapters across the U.S.
As Dr.Light rushes to save Mega Man,Wilson delivers his worldwide broadcast. First introducing himself and his group,the American Council For Human Dominance. He then takes responsibility for killing Dr.Light,who he says was the reason behind the many years of bloodshed,since Light was the one who drove Dr.Wily crazy in the 1st place and that Wily's Robot King was the inspiration behind the Android Supremacy League. He then gives a heartfelt testimony on how Androids and Robot Masters have made the world worse with their Anti-Human attitudes and murdering of Human lives on a constant basis. He believes that deep down Every Robot Master is a Wily supporter and that Every Android is an Anti-Human revolutionary. He then goes on to give examples of such attitudes (the various uprisings). He then tells eveyone that his group does Not promote violence against humans,nor are they anti-robot,but they Will kill those responsible for bringing Androids and Robot Masters into this World. He concludes by saying that as long as Androids exist,Human Liberty and Life will constantly be in danger. Through out his message,Wilson has been as sincere and calm as possible.
The whole world is watching the broadcast and taking in Wilson's words. Even the newly elected American President is listening carefully and thoughtfuly. Roll and Protoman are both disgusted at Willson and promice to take him and his group down. They trace Wilson's broadcast signal and leave to end him.
Back at his NYC warehouse,Wilson hopes he got through to the people. One of his age ts shows Wilson a news report about the explosion and how Light survived by not being there,but Mega Man wasn't so lucky. Wilson sends Raven,the agent he sent to sabatage Light's plasma generator,to asasainate Dr.Light later tonight at his ho e and tells her to destroy his Androids too. But when Raven tells her boss that she has other plans for tonight,Wilson decides to do the job himself.
The Comatose Mega Man suddenly finds himself in a Mysterious realm,fully awake and alright. He runs into a familiar foe,Doc Robot..as a Grim Reaper. Doc Robot,now known as Doc Reaper,Welcomes Mega Man to Andro-Hell,the afterlife for Androids and that he is the Grim Reaper here. He then summons a gang of fallen Androids. They are: The 4 Chaos Emperors,Bond Man,Dark Man,King,Terra and the Stardroids,Ra-Thor,Lt.Mono,Colonel Radio,Mega Man R,Lady Vocal, Miss Acapella,Giga Man,and The Zed Team.
Mega Man fights but is not doing too well against them due to the numbers game. He is saved by General Stereo and..Rhythm. The good guys manage to beat the villians and escape.
Meanwhile,in the world of the living,Roll and Proto Man have tracked down Wilson's warehouse in downtown manhatten and manage to capture everyone..except for Wilson,who eluded escape by being tricky. Roll alerts the Authorities.
Back in the "spiritual world",Mega Man and Rhythm are talking about this android afterlife. Rhythm reveals that the ruler of this realm is a tyrant called Ra-Moon and the afterlife is total hell with Ra-Moon in charge,she failed to defeat him. Mega Man decides to give his Sister some assistance while he's here. The 2 of them,along with Gen.Stereo,head to Ra-Moon's Place.
Back in the land of the living,in California,Bass and Treble stumble upon A regional ACTHD hideout. They attack it and kill it's members. Bass Hates Anti-Android bigots. Back at Dr.Light's Lab,Dr.Light is doing his best to repair Mega Man. Roll and Proto Man and Rush watch anxously.
Back in the afterlife,Mega Man,Rhythm,and Stereo raid Ra-Moon's palace and take out it's various minions,including Doc Reaper.
Late night at Dr.Lights lab,Dr.Light is still repairing his comatos sone. Roll and Proto have gone into stasis. Wilson appears out of nowhere about to assasinate Dr.Light. Thankully,Proto and Roll were awakened by Wilson and manage to thwart him. Roll calls the authorities while Dr.Light continues working on Mega Man.
Back in the afterlife,Mega Man and allies are battling Doc Reaper and eventually defeat him. They then meet Ra-Moon and eventually defeat him and overthrow him (they capture him and lock him up). The heroes leave to celebrate.
Back at his lab,Dr.Light finally gets Mega Man back online. Mega Man sees a portal of light. Rhythm tells him to enter it and return to the living. After goodbyes,Mega Man and Rhythm part ways. Mega enters the portal and just like that,he's alive again.
The family is releaved that Mega Man is alright. Mega asks if anything happened while he was down? Roll tells him all about it. Mega Man than tells the family about the adventure he had,an adventure that may or may not have been a dream.
The U.S. authorities find and raid the other ACFHD bases (info they got from a cooperative captured member). They arrest the remaining members,though some manage to escape. The remaining members of the group disband the ACFHD and decide to go into politics instead.
