Earth's Tech Evolution (18XX AD - 20XX AD): Earthen Technology begins to slowly evolve. Robots are invented in 199X,though they are simplistic and require a remote. In 20XX,Robotics have evolved with the technology and robots can now be controlled via Voice Command. This new Voice Command technology revolutionized the way electronics are controlled. Once the science is perfected,remote controlls become obsolete.

Light and Wily - The Early Years (20XX): The Birth of Thomas Light (in the u.s.) and Albert Wily (in germany). At an early age(11 3/4),Thomas Light becomes fascinated with Robotics. At the age of 12,Wily and his family migrated to the U.S. Soon,Albert Wily becomes fascinated with Robotics as well. Albert Wily's family had little luck finding steady work. So they needed to work multiple jobs. Wily was also looked down upon by his peers. And in Jr. high,was bullied on a bi-weekly basis. However all of these misfortunes didn't stop Albert from his passion..Robotics. Thomas Light didn't have much luck in Jr. High either,he was picked on constantly due to being so smart and dedicated to his school work. Thomas Light and Albert Wily ranked the top of their respective schools and graduated with honors..
Both Thomas Light and Albert Wily head to High School and eventually meet during their Senior Year and became academic rivals,and then friends. During his time in High School,Albert Wily's work was shunned. The Teachers and Professors telling him that his work isn’t good enough.Wily was livid. This type would happen again in his Collage and Robotics University Days. Al and Tom Graduate High School,but only Tom would get honored. Both Men would complete 1 year of traditional Collage before deciding to move on to Big Tokyo University of Robotics in New York State.
The Battle Bot Tournament is created and becomes a yearly event. All participating robots were required to be voice controlled.

The Battle Bot Tournament (20XX): To pay their way through Big Tokyo University, Thomas Light and Albert Wily enter the Battle Bot Tournament. Thomas Light enters the Tournament with a robot of his creation called,Rokkuman. He named it after an old Japanese-Okinawan animated series he liked as a child.Rokkuman was a threaded robot who was equipped with plasma lasers. The Lasers weren’t powerful enough to cause massive damage,though they were strong. The more Thomas fought with Rokkuman,the more he liked it and thus decided to participate in The Battle Robot Tournaments every year until retirement. Albert Wily entered the tournament with a floating skull robot called Skullboy. Both were the finalists and Thomas ended up winning the 1st Annual BB Tournament. The friendship between the 2 wasn't effected by this.
Thomas' feelings toward Rokkuman changed,he went from being his personal fighting robot to his most prized possession. Thomas and Albert eventually graduated from BTU (thomas with honors) and decided to go into the professional Robotics field after retiring from the Robot Battle Tournament circuit.
During the 4th tournament,Light battled and met a 18-year-old Russian robotics expert named Yuri Cossack(mikhail cossack's father). Thomas Light and Rokkuman fought and won every tournament and everytime they fought Albert and his various Skullboys in the finals.
After battling though tournament though tournament,Thomas was ready to retire and go into his greatest passion..Professional Robotics. During their last Tournament,Thomas and Rokkuman were pitted up against Albert’s latest creation,a robot that was very different from his Skullboys. It was a robotic eye that had slime for a body. The eye was controlling it’s Slime body via electromagnetic force. The thing was named Zello and destroyed Rokkuman. Soon the monster went heywire and started trashing the stadium,it was taken out by the police. Albert Wily was Disqualified and expelled from all future tournaments.

The Advanced Robotics Era (20XX): After his stint as Robotics Battle Champion,Thomas Light started his Professional Robotics Career and a year later developed the 1st ever Independent Operations Robot,Rokkuman XYZ. He showcased it to the World and soon Independent Operations Robots were the norm. 2 years later, Albert became Dr.Light's assistant. Rokkuman XYZ is destroyed in a lab accident.
Due to their careers,Wily and Light had no time to settle down with a family,something that Wily has secretly always wanted.
Years later,Dr. Light establishes Laboratories nationwide,and soon Worldwide. While Dr. Light became world famous and a huge success as a Roboticist, Dr. Wily was often ignored,which annoyed him.
2 Years later,Dr.Thomas Light becomes the leading authority on Robotics...upsetting Wily.
Independent Operation Robots become the new norm,thanks to Dr.Light and Dr. Wily,though Wily is refused credit.
Mikhail Cossack and Dr. Victor Regal attend Rochensteiner Roboter University in Germany,where the 2 become academic rivals. Regal,who's ego was the size of Uranus and whos arrogance was Over 9000,believed Humanity to be way too stupid and unworthy to have Robots and that He is the Only one worthy of such a right. Needless to say,Regal was both ridiculed and expelled from the University for his views.
Regal goes into hiding,planning revenge. Cossack eventually graduates with honors.

The Advanced Android Era (20XX): Dr. Wily establishes a secret Skull themed fortress,(called skull fortress),so that he can continue his work in private. He soon comes into some serious money when he wins the Global Lottery(9 billion dollars). Unlike the traditional lottery,which is monthly,the Global Lottery is held every 5 years.
20 Years Later, Dr. Light decides to move on to the next level in Advanced Robotics evolution...The Advanced Android. Dr.Light(with programming by dr.wily) created 2 prototype Human-like Androids named Rhythm(a female) and Blues (a male). Wily had no interest in the female and decided to just focus on Blues' programming. Light stored Rhythm away to focus on Blues for the moment.
However,when activated,Blues went haywire and started trashing the lab. The destruction ends when Blues is knocked uncontentious by a machine.Light blames the malfunction on the programming.Wily tries to argue,but Thomas tells his old friend that he's positive that its the Programming.He tells Albert to start over with it tomorrow.
Sick and Tired of being looked down upon,Wily snappes and decides that in order to get recognized as a God of Robotics is to become Supreme Dictator of the World. He also holds the Worlds Leaders in no regard. After knocking Dr.Light out and stealing Blues,Wily flees to his secret lab.
Light tries to get Blues back by having the Authorities search for him,but they fail. After a failed search,Dr.Light gives up and hopes that Blues returns on his own. Meanwhile,Dr.Light decides to continue with his work and finishes Rhythm.Rhythm is way more stable than her twin and gets along with Dr.Light. Meanwhile,Dr.Wily builds a new Skull Palace to aid him in his World Domination bid.
3 Weeks later,Rhythm tests out Dr.Light's new teleportation technology. Due to a glitch,She is,seemingly,lost forever. Griefstricken,Dr.Light decides that Teleportation isn't worth it and abandons the project. At his Skull Fortress,Dr.Wily converts Blues into a Fighting Robot and renames him Protoman. Dr.Wily begins indoctrinating his new ally.
3 Months Later,Dr.Light continues his Advanced Android Project with 2 new Androids,with improved programming and abilities. The 1st was a male Android named Rock,who's purpose was to be a lab assistant. 3 days later,Dr.Light creates a female Android named Roll,who's duty is housekeeping. Rock and Roll were not just machines to Dr.Light,they were his children. 1 Week later,Dr.Light contructs Industrial Robots(called robot masters),starting with Cutman(a lumberjack),Gutsman(a construction worker with great strength),and Iceman(an artic scientist aid).
With Protoman's help,Wily breaks into to Dr.Light's lab to steal some blueprints. Wily finds the Robot Masters and decides to take them too. Dr.Light,Rock,and Roll catch Wily in the act. Wily uses a handheld device called the Protocol Disrupter to reprogram the Robot Masters. He then kidnaps Rock and Roll,with Dr.Light just standing there feeling helpess as Protoman holds him at bay.
Rock and Roll are taken to Skull Fortress for reprogramming.Protoman reveals to the twins that the 3 of them are siblings and tries to convince Rock to join Wily. Rock refuses. Rock manages to trick Wily into letting him go (my promising access to 2 more of Dr.Lights robot masters). and both he and Roll steal a nearby air vehicle called the Air Raider. Dr.Wily is convinced by Protoman to let the Light Bots go for now.
When the Duo return to Dr.Light's lab,The roboticist is relieved to see his children. Unrealizing that Rhythm had returned and is watching the family through the window. Believing that Dr.Light replaced her,an Angry and saddened Rhythm runs away,swearing revenge. Later,Dr.Light creates 2 helper Robots,Eddie and Doc the Metool.
Willing to battle the evil Robots,Rock asks Dr.Light to make him into a Super Fighting Robot so that he can fight Dr. Wily's Robots to test his fighting skills..especially against Protoman. Dr.Light,having no choice,agrees and Soon Mega Man is born. Roll grows jealous. Dr.Light creates a canine companion for Mega Man,named Rush. Rush could transform into many different vehicles and would provide transportation for Mega Man.
2 weeks later,Dr. Light's satellite scanner pics up Dr.Wily,Protoman,and the 3 Robot Masters doing some mining in the Rocky Mountains. Dr.Light sends Mega Man and 3 more of his Robot Masters(bombman,fireman,and elecman) to stop Wily and retrieve the other Robot Masters. Once on the mission,Mega Man and his crew split up. When Mega Man finds Dr.Wily and his bots,he is shocked to see that The other 3 Robot Masters were reprogrammed by Dr.Wily. Realizing that he's at a disadvantage,Mega Man retreats. Roll retools her Utility Arm to be useful in combat.
Back at his Fortress Dr.Wily plots World Domination. He then creates 6 Prototype Robot Masters.
