The Moment Dr. Wily turned against Dr. Light, he stole Blues and Converted him into a Warrior. Proto Man lives for action and will seek it whenever and wherever. He followed Wily,because he initially thought that The Mad Scientist was a better choice to rule the World. Though later he joins the Light-Bots.

She has a hidden power,that makes her even stronger than Mega Man. She manages to awaken this dormant power much later. She even masters it.

Bass is equipped with a Weapons Emulation System as well as a Buster. He Has A Robo-Wolf named Treble. Bass thinks of himself as the King of of all Androids and the Strongest in existence.
His dream is to establish an Android Nation in which he is the ruler. Bass helps Wily due to the Evil Roboticist making a promise to Bass that he would get his own Nation if he helped Wily become Master of the World.
The Reason why Bass isn't a blind follower of the Evil Scientist is because,Wily wanted to prove that He could create a better Human-Like Advanced Android than,his rival and enemy,Dr. Light.
