I was reading online about things that were cut from Super Street Fighter II and I came across the name 'Sarah'. Who was she?

RS Dr.Light: Well there are 2 explinations to this. During production of the game,there were originally supposed to be 8 new fighters,which included 2 females. However,before any of the new challengers could be part of the game,SNK bought out some of the staff. Because of this, Capcom was forced to cut 4 characters for time. One of which was a woman named Sarah.

The other explination,of course, is that Sarah was just the prototype name for Cammy.

Who and what is Chibi-Chibi? Really?

Ah,my first Sailor Moon related question. Well Chibi-Chibi has 2 alternate origins. In the Manga (and likely the crystal anime),Chibi-Chibi was Sailor Cosmos,A Future Sailor Moon,who was sick,tired and confused of a great war being waged in her time. She ran away to the past as Chibi-Chibi to make sure the war never happens by convincing Sailor Moon to destroy the Cauldron(read the manga to find out what that is).  However,after seeing Sailor Moon save everyone with love,Chibi-chibi realised that prehaps Sailor Moon not destroying the Cauldron was the correct choice. She became Cosmos once again,once she regained her self-courage.

Now in the '92 Anime,Chibi-Chibi was Sailor Galaxia's star seed,who left her body once Chaos took it over. That should explain things quite nicely.

Could Robot Masters be considered Advanced Androids as well?

RS Dr.Light: No. While they may seem similar,Robot Masters have limited A.I. and memory capacity. They also have pre-programmed personalities and attitudes that can easily be changed either manually or via Protocol Disruptor (that wily invention). Advanced Androids do not have these limitations.

What happens to the Robot Masters (and evil advanced androids) after they are destroyed by Mega Man and Co.?

RS Dr.Light: To be honest,not even I fully know the answer to that. I know that sometimes Robot Masters get recycled into newer Robots. While others get rebuilt. I don't know what happens to Advanced Androids though.

I hear Protoman was built by You. This true?

RS Dr.Light: Yes,Yes,Yes,and Yes. It's extremely important to know that Protoman was My creation and son,not Dr.Wily's. Albert Wily only helped with programming nothing more. When he went insane,Albert stole Blues (protoman) and redesigned him into a super fighting robot called Protoman. Thankfully,Protoman came back to us.

You mentioned that Your Universe is a rebooted one. Explain please?

RS Dr.Light: The original version of our universe was what you saw in the 90's Animated Series. But a chain of events caused it to be erased and replaced with this one. Now,It is said that if a timeline or universe is wiped clean,it will instantly be replaced with a fresh one. I found this out quite recently.

How these events happened is unknown to me.

What are the differences between Protoman's Plasma Buster and Mega Man's?

RS Dr.Light: Not much. Protoman can charge up his shots and Master Weapons with his,while Mega can only rapid fire with his.

Compared to other Rockmen,how powerful is Your Mega Man?

RS Dr.Light: Um...how to explain in a simple term.....Oh,How about this? Rockman is a 5,Rockman X is a 10, Irregular Hunter Zero is a 9,Rockman Zero is a 14 or 15,All 4 Rockman ZX heroes are a 12,Rockman Trigger/Voulnut is an 8,and My Mega is an 11.

If Sailor Moon and your Roll fought,who would win?

RS Dr.Light: While my Roll is the strongest Advanced Android (for the moment,at least), Sailor Moon has all of those attacks. Sure they may look weak,but I can assure everyone that they are anything but.

Roll would have to rely on her superior fighting skill and power to win. The Utility Arm will also be handy. While Sailor Moon will have to rely on her special attacks. I say Roll has the advantage in this fight. Why the two would do battle is beyond me.

What's the official language of The Dragon Universe (the universe of dragon ball)?

RS Dr.Light: Japanese (and sometimes okinawan). Everyone speaks this language. Even the American-esque characters,lime the Brief family speaks Japanese. Hell,even the Saiyans,Namekians,Frieza People,and the Kai's speak Japanese. Yes,the Gods too.

A little English is used every now and again too.

Quickly Hadouken vs Kamehameha,which is better?

RS Dr.Light: Why the Kamehameha,of course. Goku's energy wave would completely obliterate Ryu's energy blast.
